
Ed Dyer
Ed Dyer is a native Texan and a graduate of Baylor University. Prior to co-founding Blackbriar, Ed spent 32 years in the U.S. Army, serving in a variety of combat and leadership positions to include Policy Analyst to the Secretary of Defense and concluding as the Executive Officer to the Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Department School and Fort Sam Houston TX. During Ed's Army career, he was awarded the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star for Valor twice, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart twice, the Department of Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Meritorious Service Medal four times, and the Army Commendation Medal three times, in addition to various battle and campaign ribbons. Ed was awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge and the Office of the Secretary of Defense Identification Badge. Ed has been inducted into the Infantry OCS Hall of Fame. Ed then spent 12 years with the Dannemiller Memorial Educational Foundation as the Director of the IT Department and then Director of Continuing Medical Education. Ed also earned a MA in Management and completed a fellowship in health policy at the RAND Corporation.

Chris spent over ten

with GTE and, most
recently, AIM Investments.
Chris primary role
is to provide expertise
in infrastructure and

competitive in delivering
its core offerings.

Ryan Wilson
Ryan Wilson is also
a native Houstonian
and a graduate of Texas
A&M University
with a BS degree in
Psychology. Prior to
co-founding Blackbriar Technologies, Ryan spent
over eight years in
the local Houston IT
field, specializing
in selling enterprise
technology services,
hardware and software
resale to support project-based
work and IT staffing
services to Fortune
2000 clients. Ryan
has worked for Fortune
100 oil field services/technology
consulting providers,
one of the top five
publicly held information
technology staffing
firms, as well as numerous
systems integrator
start-ups driving new
business in the local
Houston area. Ryan’s
main focus is to ensure
his clients deliver
on their core business
through people, technology,
and enabling services
and products.
